At Zesty Cases, we take pride in crafting premium, made-to-order phone cases for each customer. Since each case is unique and produced upon your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color selection.
However, we understand that mistakes happen, so we want to ensure you receive a product you love. We are happy to offer a free replacement or a full refund if your phone case arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
Here’s what you need to know:
Eligible for Replacement/Refund: Products with damage upon arrival or a manufacturing defect.
Timeframe: You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your product to initiate a replacement or refund request.
Contacting Us: To request a replacement or refund, please contact our customer service team by email at contact@zestycases.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage or defect.
Replacement Process: If a replacement is chosen, we will send you a new phone case free of charge.
Refund Process:
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your product for a refund request.
- If approved, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
- If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days of receiving our approval notification, please contact us at contact@zestycases.com for assistance.
